Government program terms change, sometimes without notice, and content may become outdated between reviews. Always confirm current figures with the applicable agency or with a licensed loan officer before making a financial decision. 4. Eligible Use and Geographic Scope
Our mortgage brokerage services apply only to eligible residential properties located in California. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 6, 7, and 10 through 15 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
